1. Digital Download Nature of Product

Access Setu is an immediately downloadable digital software product that includes complete TypeScript source code, pre-compiled executables (.exe, .dmg, .sh), and encryption key generation utilities. Because the software and cryptographic assets are delivered instantly upon purchase, standard physical product returns do not apply.

2. 7-Day Technical Support Guarantee & Defect Resolution

We stand behind the engineering quality of our MCP software. If you experience an unresolvable technical defect or fatal execution error on a supported platform (Windows 10/11, macOS Ventura/Sonoma, or modern Linux) within seven (7) days of purchase, our engineering team will provide direct assistance:

• Step 1: Email our engineering support team at info@infoskillstechnology.com with your Order ID, OS details, and terminal error logs.
• Step 2: Our developers will issue a patch, updated build, or configuration assistance within 48 business hours.
• Step 3: If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund of ₹8,999 INR will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Because order processing and download token generation occur automatically in real-time upon Razorpay checkout completion, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been captured.
