1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Access Setu website, signing in with your Google account, or completing the ₹8,999 INR one-time license purchase via Razorpay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.

2. Commercial Perpetual License Grant

Upon receipt of payment in full, Infoskills Technology Private Limited grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use, execute, and integrate Access Setu on your personal computers, enterprise servers, and developer workstations.

• Permitted Uses: Local terminal execution, file system automation, custom MCP connector building, client project delivery, and private repository refactoring.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not redistribute, re-sell, sublicense, publicly host the raw release package on open torrents/repositories, or create a direct competing commercial reselling platform of the exact Access Setu codebase.

3. 24-Hour Single-User Download Window

Following successful payment verification, your unique download dashboard and signed tokenized download link will remain active for exactly twenty-four (24) hours. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your local copy of the software within this window.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Access Setu is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that Access Setu executes terminal commands and modifies files with root or user-level permissions on your local machine. You are solely responsible for managing file backups and reviewing AI-prompted commands before execution.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulandshahr / Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
